FIAFI Group has developed a Quality Management System (QMS), to better satisfy the needs of its clients and to improve the management system of FIAFI Group.

The scope of the Quality Management System covers:
  • Engineering & Construction, Maintenance and Repairs and Logistics, for internal requirements and provision education and training programs

This QMS has been organized to comply with the International Standard ISO 9001: 2008.

FIAFI Group identified the Processes needed for the QMS and their application throughout the Organization. FIAFI Group has also determined the sequence and interaction of these Processes.

In order to ensure that both the Operation and Control of these Processes are effective, Criteria and Methods were determined.

FIAFI Group always:
  • Ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the Operation and Monitoring of these Processes
  • Monitors, measures and analyses these Processes and
  • Implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these Processes
